Terms and Conditions

Shipping fees:

Orders will usually be processed and dispatched within 14 days from the date of confirmation. Delivery may be delayed due of shipment arrangement. If this is the case, you will receive notification via e-mail.

Local Postage Rates:

*Self-collection/Pick-up is S$0, our management will contact    you for further arrangement.

*Local delivery is S$15.

Overseas Postage Rates:

*A flat rate of SGD 50 is applicable for delivery to Asian  countries (listed below).

*A flat rate of SGD 80 is applicable for delivery to other  countries (not listed below).

 

List of Asian Countries:

China, Malaysia, Hong Kong(China), Japan, South Korea, Indonesia,Philippines, India, Macau(China), Taiwan.

Price Plus Postage:

All payments of your purchase/order via PayPal.

For local, you may choose to pay through Fund Transfer, kindly contact us through email and we will make further arrangement.

 

All standard shipping are through local post office (SingPost) under standard registered mail. Once the orders have been handed over to SingPost, we are unable to accept requests for preferred delivery date and time.

 

Deliveries to overseas destination (outside Singapore) may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country that you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

For more information regarding your country's customs policy, please contact your local customs office.

There may be a slight delay during peak festive seasons and special occasions. Customers are advised to place orders early to avoid any delays.

All items sold are non-refunable and exchangable.

Defects and Claims:

All products are checked to ensure its good condition before they are deliver to customers. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please email us photographs of the product defect, together with the necessary information (your order number, name, address, contacts, details of the Product and the reason for return), within 7 days of receiving your order to: crystal_n_kim@yahoo.com. We reserve our right to decide the validity of your claims.

Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine it and we will advise you on your right to a replacement(if any) via email as soon as practicable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Personal Data Storage:

Once we have collected your Personal Data, they will be maintained securely in our system. We will keep your Personal Data confidential.

You agree that we may collect, store, and use your Personal Data and we can update you on our latest promotion, through email and what app etc.

Rules:

Use of a false name or a known invalid credit card to order is a crime. Anyone caught intentionally entering an erroneous or fictitious order shall be prosecuted.

 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, all amendments will be posted online.

You agree with our terms and conditions and you will use Crystal & Kim Fine Jewellery Website solely for your personal use as a consumer only and that you shall not exploit our Website or any of its Contents for other commercial purpose.

All purchased jewellery will be given an official receipt.

Jewellery priced above S$1,000 comes with a Crystal & Kim certificate.

Packaging:

We supports saving the earth! In order to reduce waste and shipping cost, multiple items will be placed in one gift box, if you need multiple boxes, please let us know during your order.
